I am a NASM Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach. My passion for a fit and healthy lifestyle started as a teenager while playing basketball and enjoying hiking in the hills of Lower Santa Cruz, Trinidad where I grew up. Growing up in the hills made you active by default. Imagine climbing a hill about two miles to your home every day before and after school.

I am more than a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. I am a warrior. I started using fitness as a coping mechanism to overcome depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I like to consider myself a warrior who has pushed past what could have knocked me out. Fitness has helped me conquer many obstacles and challenges. I am a Flexibility enthusiast and love to do endurance running, I also enjoy participating in obstacle courses such as Hardcore Caribbean, Fusion lite, and soon Tough Mudder.

On this journey, my goal is to inspire and encourage people through my story of overcoming trauma. Helping them to conquer their mind and body through new levels of fitness. My training style is a mixture of various techniques including Resistance Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength and Conditioning, Flexibility, and Mobility training.

I enjoy experimenting with different training styles because I believe it’s important to keep the mind and body challenged while having fun in the process. Working out is my playground.

I enjoy teaching clients how to adopt a healthy lifestyle that becomes an easy part of their everyday life and not just another thing to do.

Working out should be fun and without limits!
